Target Outcomes

1. Revolutionize the language learning landscape: schools with limited educational resources.

This project provides an interactive bilingual system (Yi and Mandarin), based on AI technology, for over 200 preschools and 50 primary schools in Zhaojue County (Liangshan Yi Autonomous Region, Sichuan Province), a remote, underdeveloped region in China.

2. To empower ethnic minority teachers using cutting-edge language teaching and evaluation techniques.

The AI system is designed to be a linguistic and managerial aid for Yi teachers who have limited Mandarin proficiency and run a large classroom with a strong need for effective teaching support.

3. To explore low-cost, low-tech solutions for teachers and students in remote areas.

The AI technology used in this project requires only minimal technical support, ideal for large-scale distribution.
